Pfff… I'm stuck. I've been working on this for an hour now. Something that normally would have taken me just ten minutes. I'm not thinking clearly. Stop. I'm going for a bike ride.


Ah… that's better. My bike! I already feel happier. While cycling, my thoughts begin to organise themselves. An unconscious process. I simply let everything pass through my mind. Just pedalling, cycling and enjoying the ride.


As the ride continues, everything becomes clearer. I'm back. Back home, I feel refreshed again. The world looks clear and positive once more. What was it I still had to do for work? Done!


Cycling is a miracle cure for me. Running works too, by the way. Simply moving works. Even a walk during lunch does wonders. Movement clears my mind. It helps me regain focus and concentrate on the things I want to do.
