It's great to know how your colleagues are doing. Online, that's sometimes a little more difficult. Why not start with a short check-in?

There are many different check-in formats. Below are two simple ones that I personally enjoy using. They quickly give everyone an idea of how the team is doing.
1-10Scale
"How are you feeling today on a scale from 1 (not good) to 10 (great)?"
Everyone posts their score in the chat and, if they like, briefly explains why.
Meme/Cat scale
“Which picture best describes how you're feeling today?
Ask participants to raise their hand if they are an 8, a 6, and so on. Alternatively, everyone can mention or post their number in the chat individually. Participants can also explain their current status and ask each other follow-up questions.
