Sustainable Performance Workshop (In-company)

Vital and sustainably employable employees, resilient teams, sustainable business performance. Effective and efficient hybrid working? What can we learn from elite sports in this regard?

What do top athletes do to perform optimally throughout their competitive season? How can these methods be used to achieve sustainable business performance?

In this interactive workshop, participants will gain insight into what they need to perform optimally every day, both at home and in the office. They will learn practical tools to structurally integrate vital habits into their workweek and within team collaboration. Participants will create an endurance plan that can be immediately applied to achieving sustainable (team) performance.
